Haven't animation channels been, pretty much, dead for years because the algorithm worked against them?
Yes but I think they've made a comeback in the last year with all the animation channels that have blown up. Youtube even acknowledged their existence for once by getting many of them in last years youtube rewind. But I think this will discourage many smaller animators out there.
