As cited by the Snopes article, Brad Parscale (Trump digital campaign manager) admitted to Bloomberg, in Oct. 2016, that “We have three major voter suppression operations under way”. As well as claiming that targeted "dark posts" were used as part of those operations.

Three important things: 1. Anything which takes input can be exploited. 2. Observation is the solicitation of input. 3. The Panopticon is real.

This is unbelievable (if true). Facebook and Russian government controlled Yandex have a joint venture to share information. That means the Russian government could find out nearly anything about a Facebook user. Thank God I never used Facebook

Despite all the negative publicity associated with fake Russian accounts in 2016, Facebook decided it would be a great idea to give its user data to Yandex, Russia’s premier search engine. As a result, the FSB now has access to all of it.

's state TV repeatedly asserts: "We are at war with the United States." On a state TV show by 'Channel One,' Russian MP Andrey Svintsov reiterates this common POV: "We are at war. We may not be using conventional weapons, but we are using intellectual and info-weapons."

This is disturbing. In one section the article highlights dangers of adversaries having a travel data monopoly. I concur, and there is a seemingly heightened interest in travel-related platforms and travel data in the sprawling networks related to the Cambridge Analytica bunch.

It may be worth pointing out that individual-level ad microtargeting is being aimed at sitting jurors on politically-sensitive matters. I say this because advertisers are aiming it at everyone. Everyone includes sitting jurors. There's a semblance of jury tampering here.

Here's the question: Given the situation, am I stuck with Github's decision to hide the preservation account from public view? Does anyone have experience appealing this designation? Github is, most likely unknowingly, censoring a resource that could help many investigations.

That international-investigation-relevant account has been flagged by Github and been made "hidden" from public view. Their reason is that I have a 2nd Github account (tied to my employment [which I believe should remain separate]) and Github only allows one account per person.

Question for community: I have a Github account with many cloned Cambridge Analytica / AggregateIQ / SCL / etc relevant repositories (none of which include the AIQ Git*L*ab repo data). The intent is to preserve GH repos which are/were published publicly by the originators.
