    ES&S also claims that they purposely disable all administrative and maintenance mode input commands for the barcode reader devices. I asked if it would be possible for me to get one of the devices and verify that claim. ES&S is going to look into that possibility.

    Update: I received a phone call from ES&S. ES&S is claiming the barcode reader's product manual is incorrect and the 9208 is not bluetooth enabled. ES&S will attempt to set up a phone call between me and the device manufacturer so that I can get on-the-record confirmation.

    Oh, but back to the original point- It is discriminatory to tell a 22 year old that they can't profit from their artwork because somebody 100 years ago drew a thing that looks similar. The 22 year old was not alive near the original date. There was no opportunity to compete.
