Hmm, are you experiencing this on all devices? Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app? You can also try turning autoplay off and then turning it back on. If this doesn't help, let us know.

Hi, it’s not happening on the app. It’s my desktop pc. I’ve tried 3 different browsers and it’s doing it on each. Tried logging out and back in and turning it off and on.

Sorry, I meant I’d tried logging out and back in and turning autoplay in and off and it hadn’t worked.
