Yes, Andre' Carson needs to go, but he's so entrenched just like his Grandmother Julia. I worked on Carlos May's campaign back in '10 to unseat Carson, but he's going to be tough to remove. A stronger look at fraud would help, but it doesn't ever seem to happen.
