how would you describe our history in three words to distinguish it from other possible human histories with the same prehistory?

My understanding is that the separation between prehistory and history as we know it hinges on the existence of agriculture, due to the amount of food needed to support a large society that leaves written records and city ruins.

I don't know about how common it would be in other hypothetical worlds, or what a history of humanity without agriculture would look like, but that seemed like the lowest hanging fruit given the prompt.
