if you're normally at anxiety level 5 and doing necessary task x increases it by 5 and the max level where you can function is 9,

then it becomes very valuable to be able to be predictably at anxiety level 4 even if it's for just a short time

i installed a transparent text editor once so i could write emails while watching soothing long distance walking youtube videos
