english should have a word for "and/or" and a word for "if/when"

If /when doesn’t mean the same if is theoretical ,when is a certainty. (If )is a debatable concept .(When) is a statement, not debatable but a solid conclusion .

i agree they're different things. "when" refers to a time and i want to be able to say it without assuming it's ever
