I still wonder how the process of Greenland going from green land to kilometer-thick-ice-land is called global warming. Even more so I wonder how that's never discussed. If scientists were driving the whole thing such discussion certainly would take place.

i think scientists take this sort of thing into account to a sufficient extent even if it doesn't appear much in the public discourse
