      This one guy that comes into my stream and is super negative, says stuff like "why aren't you playing sa2" *30 seconds behind in a run* "this run is dead please reset this is boring" I constantly tell him to stop and he doesnt. I dont know what to do about him though...

      I've been nice but I dont feel like it justifies a ban because he hasn't "done" anything against TOS as far as I know but hes a real asshole. Any advice?

      You don't have to continuously deal with people like that. If suggest you give him a strict warning about his behavior and if he doesn't stop then a ban us more than justified.
