Lmao, I don't think Kirby's the worst at all. I was being snarky - Puff has 0 ground game, yet people are going to rate her higher than Kirby in a game where every top tier is King/Queen in the air? Kirby is a grounded character, and does fine there. Puff gets wrecked in the air.
