Roy beats her on the ground due to better poking tools like f tilt/d tilt/jab. He also beats her in the air cuz he outranges her w/ quicker frame data/faster air speed to outmaneuver her. Nair is amazing at catching her jumps & she's floaty so f throw combos work amazing on her.
