That could be because Affiliates gets Tier 3 subscription for free in their own channel. I can see the Subscribe button in your channel :)
I know that everyone else can see my sub button so I guess it's fine. Also, how long does it take for emotes to verify for affiliates?

If they have been approved, 10-15 minutes until they should show in your chat.
