It sucks how it's so much easier for me to be fixated on negative stuff rather than the good things in life. I had a stressful and sad week and I dwell on it more than I should, but whenever I'm feeling happy and more like myself it doesn't last nearly as long in comparison :(

I feek this, but also whenever I'm happy my brain tells me "this isn't gonna last for much longer and you're going to go right back into depression" and it sucks
