We can definitely help you out with this! Try turning off the dynamic bitrate feature if you're having trouble with this. It can be found in Settings > Advanced under Network. 
Is there anyone else who's having trouble streaming from SLOBS? I've tried to go live on Twitch and YouTube, but the bitrate is horrible on both platforms. Any way you guys can help @streamlabs ?

Ok so I un-enabled it but that just made my bitrate even worse. I've always had my bitrate set to 5000 and it keeps buffering and stuttering whenever I stream now ever since the new update got released.pic.twitter.com/ukG5dFDQUm

I have that problem too, there is no framedrops but I saw 300 bitrate, that was awful.
