Hero is such a fun character. He feels really unique because he's one of the few sword fighters who relies more on projectiles while being held back by slow but powerful aerials and movement. I don't think he's busted in any way, but if I were to nerf anything, it'd be Kazap.
Fully charged side special is just a ridiculously powerful move with super armor, large hitboxes, and the ability to kill almost anyone at 30-40%. Literally everything else is fine (except maybe Kafrizzle) so if they just toned down the move's kill power then I think he'd be fine
Yeah I can't argue with that though it is really rare to actually get. Plus it's power is based on the amount of MP you have so unless you have a good amount of it then it won't do much damage or kb.
100% agree I love the character a lot but using kazap to kill people at 50% does seem a little much.
