It's the star's hit box, the star comes out forward of course whenever you exhale with A, but it also comes out from his ass upwards if you copy the ability!
Fun fact: There's a hitbox around Kirby's inhale whenever he's copying someone's abilities so he's protected when he poses #SSBU_Kirby
