It's worth a shot dude. Didn't work for me at all and managing the patreon became much more of a hassle than something worthwhile so I wound up deleting it, but who knows you may be different. It doesn't hurt to try.
Truth be told tho I think my failure from Patreon came from the fact that I didn't even have 1,000 subs at the time and also I didn't really know how to use it. Seeing as how you have at least that on both YT & Twitter (something I STILL don't have) it'll prob be different for u.
