I hope people aren't as excluding in college as they are in high school. It's admittedly safer and less socially taxing to only associate with friends you've known for a very long time, but where's the fun in that when a new friend could be right around the corner?
I think I worded this poorly. What I mean is that most people have a hard time meeting and interacting with people who they aren't already familiar with. It isn't easy to make friends, but people have to break out of their comfort zones eventually y'know?
To put it bluntly I love making new friends and I just wish people were more interactive irl
