What did you say to them? I couldn’t get in contact with anyone
I finally got someone on the phone from Nintendo and I'm getting that Piranha Plant code in 2-3 business days! It still sucks that I need to wait longer, but waiting a few days definitely beats waiting a few weeks

I explained my situation and they help me out perfectly. You just need to keep trying until someone answers the phone.
