I will be taking a few day from social media (minus making YouTube videos) to get away from a lot of what I believe is bringing me down lately I've put too much thought into how other people view me & how others are doing instead of focusing on making my own areas in life better

This field of work CAN require a lot of time on the internet, but I believe I've abused a lot of the time in excess holding me back from accomplishing my daily goals, further leading to guilt and demotivation.

I'm obviously not perfect, and I let my own thoughts get into my head regarding YouTube and the like, where I think unrealistic outcomes will happen to me, leading to a toxic self harming mindset.

And I believe taking a few days to rewire myself to thinking about positives and how to move forward, rather than seeing only the set backs, will lead to a healthier happier me, and by extension will help me organically produce better content.

I don't want to get comfortable with the negative mindset just because "that's who I am" I'm taking a stand against my own self and my own selfish negative thoughts and demanding change for the better Hope you all understand my thoughts, sorry for being an emotional mess lately
