Does anyone know what changed about Kirby in the new update?

Seems like it just has to do with his bac-man copy ability, according to the smashboards notes.
How would that work? Kirby doesn't grab like Pac-Man with his copy ability and that's the only thing they changed about Pac as far as I know.
