I've been talking with Elgato tech support for the past few hours and they have no idea how to help me fix my capture card. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling its drivers and resetting my pc a bunch, but nothing's working so I'm stuck not being able to do anything for a bit :(

Maybe it's a USB 3.0 since it's the HD60 S try blowing in the USB port or if you have a USB hub with 3.0 USBs try that
