My pc apparently updated itself last night and for some reason that's causing my capture card to constantly delay every 2 seconds. I really don't know how to fix this so if anyone would know the solution then please lmk :/

what capture card you use? in most cases when this happens it's up to the capture card manufacture to update their software
I just got the Elgato HD60S last Friday and it was working perfectly fine before my pc updated last night.

yeah deff check if there is an update to the elgato capture drivers or software. check if your graphics card on your PC needs an updated
