I've felt so motivated to work on stuff for the past few days and now I feel the exact opposite. I can almost never figure out why my mood changes or why I lose my motivation so easily and it just flat out sucks :(

It'll work out somehow man. Ultimately it's hard but there's no point in stressing about it, just get a good sleep and hope to be more motivated the next day. I feel you though, it's a lot easier to say "just don't stress about it" than do it.
