what makes you think kirby wins against falcon but has a small disadvantage with ganon?
Kirby's crouch alone nearly invalidates Falcon's usual aggressive options (dash attack, dash grab, and up air to name a few) while with Ganon getting hit with side-b guarantees a down tilt follow up and he has multiple ways of breaking out of Kirby's combos.

with kirby mainly being in the air and being faster you shouldnt be getting hit with ganon side b, and even if you do you can tech out of side b to negate the follow up. also ganon's heavy which makes a lot of combos that dont work on others just work on him. disadv for ganon imo

with falcon i definitely agree though, falcon being combo food and kirby crouch just makes it not good for falcon
