Thank you Rep. Vern Buchanan. As someone who has cared for a 4th stage cancer patient for 6 years, I believe in the Right to Try Act. This act will restore freedom of choice to individuals who have no other options left. The Right to Try is fundamental to a free society.

Well if you don’t stop Medicare’s coverage of lab fees there are going to be a whole lot more of us who will have to experiment. It will only contribute to worse and worse health of Medicare patients because we just won’t be able to have lab tests.
