I think this man went through our justice system and even though we may not like/agree with the result, the system has spoken and we have to respect the greatest system in the world. DOJ bringing charges undermines that system!

Very Much so, an Illegal deported 5 times Previously, in possession of a Stolen Firearm, the type which IS NOT KNOWN to accidentally discharge, having numerous safety features. Yes Sir, the illegal DOES NOT Fall under Double Jeopardy protections, he's NOT a citizen! Charge Him!

What do I think? I think once you actually read more than just headlines and tweets that there was prosecutorial overreach in the case. Easily could have convicted on involuntary manslaughter. Would have satisfied justice but not the braying mobs.
