Ye, cause otherwise people who need the money may come to work sick with covid because they need to provide or pay bills. Desperate times call for desperate measures. A lot of people can't afford to be out of work.
With federal unemployment insurance set to expire Saturday, Congress needs to extend benefits until the next relief bill is passed. People are hurting and can’t go weeks without this critical help. They need to know we have their back.

What does this look like to you? Expanding benefits at $600/week? Anything short of that will cause significant pain to the unemployed, who are unemployed because of the virus, not because they aren't looking for work.
