An Indiana woman is being charged under a new law I helped pass making animal torture a federal offense. The FBI says the woman was skinning and hanging cats and dogs and then posting it online. I honestly appreciate what you appear to do on behalf of animals, Vern. I only wish you had as much concern for people. This woman is clearly suffering from mental illness. She needs more than incarceration, she needs psychiatric treatment. That impulse won't go away w/o help.
