  This is not true. NY St.alone will contribute $29 billion more than it receives.NY,($ most Blue Sts )pays its way.Florida grifts from US taxpayer $24 BILLION. Fl depends on FEDs to provide 33% of all FL state budget. NY none,it pays for itself, gives Feds 29 B. Buchanan lies.
