He’s scared of Trump so that will never happen. He’s just sending this letter to put on a facade, he’s basically a scam artist tricking seniors to vote against their best interests. When it’s all said and done, he’ll support the cuts because his diety, Trump, has spoken.

Here's an idea for a perm. fix 1. Eliminate the income cap on payroll taxes 2. Lower SS tax rate (a break for lower&middle income families) 3. Invest some portion of the SS trust fund like any other insurance program would.
