Let us remember all the victims of all nations because they were all victims of a criminal regime. Unfortunately, there are still victims of bad governments today. 
On this day in history, we remember the 75th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge - a turning point in WWII. Nearly 20,000 Americans died and more than 45,000 were injured during the six-week battle. We will never forget their selfless sacrifice.

While I honor the sacrifice of those brave men, I shudder to think what the outcome of that war might have been if the U.S. had to fight it under the leadership of the caliber of people who comprise the present administration.
