BREAKING: The U.S. Senate last night unanimously approved legislation I introduced with @RepTedDeutch to make abhorrent acts of animal cruelty a federal offense. The Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture (PACT) Act is now on its way to the President for his signature.

Thank you so much, forever grateful .long overdue, thank you again. Hope we will now have an animal abuse registry. So much animal cruelty in this world, at least in u.s. we can now prosecute. Now it's on to transporting of animals and our cruel CIRCUS. THANKS AGAIN
