Great news. The PACT act needs to become law as soon as possible. There are far too many cases of inexcusable animal abuse today.

Animal abuse is already illegal in every state in the union - under state law. If you see it, report it to your local authorities. We don’t need an even more bloated federal government.

Now include the federally protected wild horses and burros being abused and sent to slaughter. Leave them wild and free. Lose the cattle, and welfare ranchers
