Come on, Vern. The drug crisis has nothing to do with a wall and you know it. The last 3 out of 4 big drug busts were at ports of call in Philly, L.A. and Savannah, GA. The 4th was at a port of entry. Aside from that, a national emergency declaration is absurd.

Since Mexico isn’t paying for the wall, the only way to legitimately pay for it is through congressional appropriations. If it is so important to GOP why wasn’t it done in the last Congress? Trump can’t confiscate money from other budget items to satisfy his whims.
