    If you ever have an issue with Verizon or Fios, reach out to . They fixed my issue and got someone out here a week earlier than the phone representative told me. Their social media support ROCKS!

    I know people are still without power, but ConEd and their folks were awesome to be out working today when they could have used the storm as an excuse. Verizon team too! Thanks for the effort in the storm.
