I mean you could, but the FFVII copy you get through PlayStation Plus is NOT eligible for a free PS5 upgrade, soooo if you want both versions you're gonna to have to buy a digital or physical copy.

To anyone who does NOT CARE about playing the PS5 version of this game, you can save your money because Final Fantasy VII Remake (PS4 version) will be free in March for PlayStation Plus subscribers. This free PS Plus version WILL NOT GET the PS5 upgrade included.
