    Právě debatujeme o svobodě médií. Srdečně zdravím do Havlíčkova Brodu. Je zde válka a bráníme se. Zavedli jsme opatření, jak v Evropě blokovat Putinovskou propagandu (RT, Sputnik). Musíme dezinformace, jež mají za cíl rozklížit naši Unii, potírat. A podporovat 🇺🇦 nezávislá média

    Musíme zvýšit tlak na oligarchy profitující z Putinova režimu. Spolu s a 🇦🇺 pracujeme na účinném zmrazení a případné konfiskaci aktiv - jejich a dalších subjektů. Bankéři a právníci, kteří by oligarchům pomáhali obcházet sankce, si musí uvědomit rizika, jež podstupují.

    We also need to facilitate access to information, especially to 🇺🇦 news, and support 🇺🇦. Thanks to all media participating in this effort - I saw action by to broadcast content in Ukrainian, launch fundraising campaigns and other solidarity initiatives.

    1st priority is the safety of journalists. Journalists must never be a target. And we are providing support: the EC is now spending around €5mio on protective equipment for journalists, salaries of 🇺🇦 journalists, relocation, psychological support & cybersecurity. More to come.
