    Nebudeme však přehnaně regulovat ani potlačovat svobodu či inovace. Internet nabízí svobodu a ne všechny zákony z offline světa tam lze jednoduše vklínit. Ale potřebujeme pravidla kodifikovat. To je hlavní rozdíl, kam jsme se posunuli za 30let, a já věřím, že to bude k lepšímu.

    On our side, EU Commission is in discussion with the US government to find a lasting and robust solution to secure safe data flows in full compliance with the ECJ ruling. In the meantime, there are other transfer tools and compliance methods that companies can rely on. (2/2)
