In certain MU's, cyclone can completely block any recovery. For example, Wolf. Cyclone beats out any part of his sideB, and is reactable, same with his upB. This isn't only for gimping, and should be used to effectively edge guard certain characterspic.twitter.com/ciakHus6BK

I discovered this exact thing about a few months ago, it’s not the worst but realistically it’s not optimal.

Even if the gimp itself isn't optimal, (against some MU's it is), cyclone like this actually blocks some recoveries completely. For example this beats out wolf sideB and upB

Doesn’t guarantee 2-frame on teleports. If we beefy up-b as Zelda, not only can we avoid 2-frame but also position a hitbox that can stage spike Luigi. So jus beware.

Actually yes it does gurantee the 2 frame against zelda. Cyclone completely beats out her teleport, and we don't have a risk of getting hit.
