    Congrats Ofc Portillo & K9 Deco! 🎉🐶 This dynamic duo passed their Natl Odor Recognition Testing certification which means they are now NATIONALLY recognized by the Dept of Justice & the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) as an Explosives Detection Team!

    Terrorist Threats, Sanjon/Thompson, 9/15/21, 8am. Suspect: Unknown Female​. A female suspect followed/threatened a juvenile walking to school. Officers searched the area & were unable to locate the suspect. The victim (not injured) left w parents. Have info? Call 805-650-8010

    Guns/Narcotics Arrest, E. Main, 9/11/21, 4:40pm. Ofcs recovered fentanyl, evidence of narcotics use, & 2 loaded unserialized firearms. Christian Montijo was arrested for felon in possession of a firearm/ammunition, furnishing illegal drugs & possession of narcotics paraphernalia

    Woman Assaulted on Bike Path near Hwy 126, W of Kimball Park, 9/1/21, 12:21pm. The person of interest was described as a Hispanic male, 20’s, medium build, short dark hair, & thin mustache riding an unknown type of bicycle. Anyone w info should contact Det. Nunez at 805-339-4328

    STOP, it’s the law 🛑 When red lights are flashing & a stop sign is extended on a school bus, you MUST stop. If you are traveling in the opposite direction & the road is separated by a divider, you don’t have to stop but should definitely proceed w caution. Patience saves lives.
