look, I rarely ever complain or get angry about mistakes in restaurants, coffee shops, etc.. I’ve worked in retail/customer service numerous times — fuck up my food, IDC. but if I ask for extra ice in my iced coffee and I get this lukewarm bean water bullshit, I WILL fight you.
