Yeah agreed, i was talking more about how fanbase is much more important in esports, disregarding whether it has any effect on whether an org keeps the player or not. In sports its much more viable to keep players based on fanbase because of roster size as u said.

haha no worries man, I enjoy talking about this stuff and hearing other perspectives. I'm sure we will start to see "Dynasty" teams that have had the same lineup for multiple years in Overwatch, but I also think it will be very rare. Similar to the Optic team in Call of Duty.
