      While i do like these PTR Balance changes, it is really annoying how the balance is currently being handled overall, OWL is like 3patches and/or metas behind the current PTR patch now... OWL->Live->Brigitte->PTR and with upcoming Open Div, we have no idea what patch we're playing

          that was my thoughts. she is good weak to range and not strong on highground maps but in certain situations pretty good.
