Did they balance Brigitte on the PTR at all? Or is she still op
While i do like these PTR Balance changes, it is really annoying how the balance is currently being handled overall, OWL is like 3patches and/or metas behind the current PTR patch now... OWL->Live->Brigitte->PTR and with upcoming Open Div, we have no idea what patch we're playing

hahahaha this is actually hilarious, blizzard always seems to fail to learn from mistakes. It was in HGC like this for some time, but they adjusted it luckily

Well we still have flexqueue and i don't think it's going anywhere anytime soon :( hopefully they'll work on the patching frequency though because it seems to be getting worse and worse
