What are the biggest flaws to having role queue in OW? Biggest one for me would be forcing a 2-2-2 meta but I want to hear yours before I go into potentially fixing that one

There could be weird flaws with this. Do people get punished for not being truly flexible on these roles? What if a 1 trick qs a flex spot just to get a game faster

Why is it terrible, if they want to 1trick, they can queue for their specific role. The flex players will then play around that 1trick. If you 1trick and queue for flex, youre actively griefing games.

Role Queue only fixes problems where a) you have multiple 1tricks of the same hero and b) you have more than 2 support/tank/dps mains, it doesn't really need many rules, it just balances teams out more and removes the RNG shit in mm where you default lose
