What are the biggest flaws to having role queue in OW? Biggest one for me would be forcing a 2-2-2 meta but I want to hear yours before I go into potentially fixing that one

There could be weird flaws with this. Do people get punished for not being truly flexible on these roles? What if a 1 trick qs a flex spot just to get a game faster

thats the problem. if you make a hard role que you force 2-2-2 across the board (i like flexing a lot. i dont know if i want to play zen at the match or tank) but if you give flex spots its abuseable
