Yeah, that's exactly what i mean... it makes sense for the people to "get ready" but as a viewer i find myself seeing tweets of streamers going online, clicking and seeing a starting screen, and leaving because of it D:

I feel the same way you do, which is why i don't have the starting soon screen. Though i thini a brb screen would be nice. :P

Starting screen is usually so everyone is in and ready at the same time, sometimes it’s to make sure setup is correct before actually starting. Also it’s a good buffer for the notifications, instead of going live then talking to a wall.
