To be fair, if you look at it the right way. People misusing the report system and overusing it is detrimental to actually providing some form of justice from blizz on those players that deserve the reports.

That might work, but a suspension is much more likely to work. Plus I think it's a great strategy from blizzard because he's a big streamer so people will see that people who abuse the report system also get punished.
Well... I don't really think that's the way to go, it makes sense from Blizzards point of view but that'd be sad and would make the decision even worse imo
